FAQ

1. What is this?
Locked is a quest in a real life. You are locked in a room full of riddles and puzzles. Your aim is to find a way out within an hour.
2. What happens if we won't find the way out within an hour?
After one hour the room is opened and the game is stopped. To find out the end of the story you should come once again ;)
3. How many persons can take part in a game?
Every quest has its restrictions. A team consisting of 2-4 participants can play in most quest-rooms, while a team of 1-3 people play in 3/4 rooms format.
4. And we've got 5 (or more) persons, can we play together?
Yes, you can. It could be either the “Aliens: Reunion” (up to 6 players) quest-room, or one of the VR 2.0 quests (also up to 6 players), or “Deadly cocktail” battle (two teams with up to 4 people playing against each other). You could also book a couple of rooms in the same location and then compare your experiences.
5. How to take part in a game?
Click the quest page from the list, choose suitable date and time and reserve the game. Come 5-10 minutes before the quest.
6. How much does the game cost?
The cost of the game depends on format of the quest, the day of the week and time of the day. It's best to view the pricing on the reservations page.
7. Do we need any special knowledge or skills?
You don't need any special knowledge or skills to win the game, but attention, quick-wittedness and teamwork will be useful.
8. And what if we can't solve the puzzle?
If you're driven into a corner during the game you can ask for a hint and our operator will definitely help you.
9. Can we give somebody a game?
Yes, you can order our gift certificate.
