What is the validity period of cryptex? Cryptex currency is valid till date indicated on the cryptex.
How can I use my cryptex? You can pay for the next game in a quest room, quest VR 2.0, walking or driving quest, simply exchange the cryptex currency for a discount at their face value, and pay the difference in UAH.
Can I use my cryptex separately from the team? Each team player can use their cryptex at their discretion: either spend it on their own or combine it with other players.
Can I book a room using Prepayment promo and pay with cryptex? Yes, cryptex can be used for this promo. You will then play in the next quest at a super price, almost for free. It is important that at the time of payment, the validity period of the cryptex has not yet expired; the date of the game itself does not matter.
Can I pay with cryptex for discounted games? Yes, there are no restrictions on the use of cryptex. Cryptex and discounts work together.
The cryptex that I received has expired - can I still pay with them? No. Unfortunately, under the terms of the promo, cryptex that have expired after date indicated on the cryptex can no longer be used.
Can I get cryptex and pay for a current game with them? No. Cryptex can only pay for the following games.
I have lost my cryptex, can I recover it somehow or use its photo for payment? No. Unfortunately, as with real money, recovering lost cryptex is impossible. You can pay for the game only with real cryptex, which will stay with us.
